Requirements

  • Native Cantonese / Proficient in English

  • Have web / digital project management experience (1-2 Yr)

  • Able to work under tight timeline and pressure
  • Knowledge in MySQL will be a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist mainly colab/product launches on website/mobile APP
  • Assist in daily operations for visual merchandising of the website (navigation, home banner)
  • Assist Ecom Team to achieve company’s business goals by launching projects
  • Assist in project executions - website changes/collection launches/new products/marketing campaigns and content update on web/APP
  • Coordinate with different departments to obtain related materials during the launch preparation including but not limited to copies, translation, web/APP creative assets, and pricing, and ensure that they are all up to the business standard
  • Create web pages for all responsible projects
  • Arrange contents, translations, and pricing for all regional markets at Casetify (localization) in web
  • Ensure the quality of the project output (Quality check) and fix the issues promptly. Lead quality check (QC) for the website with market teams and follow up proactively
  • Ensure and gate keep that the project launch follows the launch guidelines
  • Cooperate with Tech team on system setting/ technical request and ensure accurate website display and rules
  • Coordinate with Creative team on creative assets for the website
  • Cross check with Product Development team on inventory status and provide accurate information on website/APP
