Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Proven ability to develop and implement custom plugins, forms, ribbons, workflows, and automations using C# or VB.NET, JavaScript, and the Power Platform
- Experience with data modelling, connectors, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions with other systems and data sources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (highly desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications and deliver business value (Project Leadership, approx. 30%)
- Develop and implement custom components (plugins, forms, workflows) using C#, JavaScript, and the Power Platform (Development & Integration, approx. 40%)
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems to ensure seamless data flow
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and design robust solutions
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions, demonstrating advanced proficiency in custom development, integration, and troubleshooting (Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting)
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team development
- Build strong collaborative relationships with clients, providing expert guidance to meet their needs
