  • Gain practical experience at the company headquarters in Mönchengladbach and surrounding branches
  • Participate in demanding projects in areas such as sales, risk, compliance, and controlling
  • Apply theoretical knowledge from university and internal trainings in practice
  • Achieve successful completion of the Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau exam before the IHK
  • Achieve successful completion of the BWL (B.A.) degree
