- MOCoPA: Must be held within the last 2 years, with evidence provided
- Gas Safe Certification: CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence: Must have no more than 6 points
- Customer Engagement Experience: Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers and answer their questions
Responsibilities
- Fit smart meters according to company standards and regulations
- Demonstrate the functionality of meters and in-home displays to customers
- Educate customers on how their meter and display can help them save energy
- Answer customer questions about renewable energy and Octopus Energy’s initiatives
- Represent Octopus Energy’s brands with professionalism and customer excellence
- Work collaboratively with the office team to achieve performance goals
