Requirements
Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience as a mobile developer with a proven track record of building high-quality mobile applications, along with 1+ years of hands-on experience developing with Flutter, including deep familiarity with Flutter frameworks, third-party libraries, and APIs. Strong architectural knowledge is required, encompassing mobile native technologies, architectural design patterns, and frameworks, with experience applying TDD methodology and robust unit testing practices. Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, you will design and develop innovative content experience features for the Headspace mobile application, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create detailed technical specifications and assess the feasibility of new features and products. You will write and maintain high-quality, performant, and efficient code, conducting thorough unit testing to ensure robustness and reliability, and staying ahead of industry trends by continuously discovering and integrating emerging technologies. Furthermore, you will migrate/integrate existing native features and functionality to Flutter, champion proper documentation, quality management, and adherence to Headspace’s methods and frameworks, and leverage your expertise in mobile architectures to shape the future of Headspace’s mobile platform.
