  • Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Operate the DSI water jet portioner machine
  • Set up the DSI program, calibrate, and adjust machine parameters to produce desired cuts and portions
  • Perform regular checks on resulting meat and portions to assess machine performance and adjust accordingly to meet specifications
  • Ensure continuous flow of product through the production process and proper use of ingredients/supplies on the line
  • Notify supervisor if machinery requires maintenance
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
