Requirements

  • Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience
  • Strong Computer/Software Skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 6pm to 10am) Philippine Standard Time
  • Must be amenable to work on Overtime or during Rest Days when business requests for additional (paid) hours
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Internal – At least 1 year tenure in eScreen (competency)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding employment drug screen results
  • Answer inquiries both inbound and outbound calls regarding donor contact procedures and communicate with donors regarding pending results
  • Track and follow-up on documentation related to the screening process, handling the information with discretion and ensuring documents are provided to the MRO vendor in a timely manner
  • Resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing information as required
  • Prepare and sort source documents, identify and interpret calling required and data to be documented
  • Document all calls, emails, and any other client/donor interactions into the appropriate software platform following each request or inquiry, and enter necessary codes to represent the action taken. Make necessary corrections to information entered
  • Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of all donor information in the review process. Request documentation from vendors, clinics, or clients as required to complete the transaction
  • Observe legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and company confidentiality (HIPAA)
  • Other duties as assigned
