Responsibilities

  • Attract, hire, inspire, develop, and retain a diverse team of high-performing frontline sales representatives focused on elite customer engagement
  • Drive values of commitment, empowerment, and teamwork, including extreme ownership, high accountability, continuous improvement, and relentless pursuit of excellence through trust, coaching, development, recognition, and rewards
  • Champion compliant promotion and align execution across frontline sales representatives
  • Drive launch and ongoing performance by inspiring outstanding district and territory results with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accountability and recognition measures
  • Work with trainers and marketing to set priorities for critical development points and drive effective sales meetings
  • Partner with Sales Directors, VP of Sales, HR, and Training to ensure ongoing skill building across frontline leadership teams
  • Establish a clear customer focus by developing 1:1 relationships with important district customers
  • Collaborate directly with customers and build strong relationships with key accounts in the geography to advance the selling process and gather important feedback
  • Drive key customer engagement while attending select district and national level customer conventions
  • Connect the broader organization to important and influential district customers
  • Set clear expectations and performance goals across the geography and implement systems of accountability to ensure consistent top-tier execution
  • Ensure actionable business plans are set and align all selling activities to drive impact
  • Analyze sales results to provide coaching, guidance, and selling direction to team members
  • Achieve success and adapt in a complex selling environment by partnering with key stakeholders including marketing, market access, medical affairs, sales ops, inside sales, training, and others
  • Conduct field rides with sales professionals to coach to execution excellence
  • Provide frontline feedback and insights to sales leadership, marketing, market access, and sales ops
