Requirements

  • Three (3) or more years of warehouse management experience in a high volume, automated distribution environment
  • Ability to lead by example, mentor, develop, and foster a team environment
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate proper technical, equipment, and systems processes
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekday nights (e.g., Mon-Wed 4:30 pm-5:00 pm)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be open to any schedule in a fast-paced 24/7/365 operation

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee up to 20 warehouse associates, ensuring they work proficiently and safely
  • Lead a team within an assigned department and shift to meet operational and production goals
  • Oversee Receiving: schedule, receive, unload, and check in all merchandise
  • Oversee Order Selection: replenish, select, and label product
  • Oversee Shipping: scan, load, and ship merchandise
  • Oversee Equipment operations: move and slot product safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
