Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow networking products and solutions through distribution partners
  • Analyze and identify key growth markets in enterprise, mid-market, SMB, and public sector spaces
  • Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with distributors to assess performance, set goals, and align execution strategies
  • Conduct joint business reviews with selected resellers, eCommerce partners, service providers, and system integrators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution stakeholders (senior management, product managers, sales teams, marketing, operational personnel)
  • Act as primary liaison for distributor performance, networking product portfolios, pricing, compliance, operational issues, and escalations
  • Support new distributor onboarding and training aligned with company programs, policies, and contracts
  • Recruit new T2 partners across industrial verticals, geographical coverage, and channel segments (mid-market, SMB, enterprise); handle onboarding, enablement, and growth
  • Organize joint business planning with partners to review performance, manage pipeline, develop incentive programs, and increase share of wallet
  • Consolidate country channel forecasts from distributors for accurate regional reporting
  • Track and meet KPIs such as weekly Sell-in & Sell-Thru achievement, healthy channel inventory, and sales linearity
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for local/regional calls and quarterly business reviews, including insights and corrective action plans
