Responsibilities

Εποπτεύει την οργάνωση των ημερήσιων δρομολογίων και την εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών λειτουργίας
Συντονίζει τις επί μέρους ομάδες δρομολογίων για την ομαλή διεκπεραίωση παραλαβών-παραδόσεων
Επικοινωνεί τηλεφωνικά με τους διανομείς για ζητήματα που προκύπτουν κατά την εκτέλεση παραλαβών-παραδόσεων
Διαχειρίζεται τα αιτήματα παραλαβής και αναθέτει την ολοκλήρωσή τους στους αντίστοιχους διανομείς
Συντονίζει τις ενέργειες εντός της αποθήκης για τη διαχείριση εκκρεμοτήτων-παραλαβών κατά την επιστροφή των οδηγών στις εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρίας
Διαχειρίζεται τη γραπτή επικοινωνία με τ’ αρμόδια τμήματα των πελατών της εταιρίας
Αξιολογεί την απόδοση των οδηγών μέσω συγκεκριμένων προτύπων αξιολόγησης
Συμμετέχει και εποπτεύει την εκπαίδευση των οδηγών σε συνεργασία με τους άμεσους εκπαιδευτές
