Requirements

  • Team player

  • Strategic thinking for new material and process introduction & implementation
  • 6-8 years experience on application research and/or R&D in consumer electronics
  • Sourcing working experience preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge on sustainability topics (Circularity, CO2 emission) is preferred
  • Working experience on sustainability material and topics/projects are preferred
  • Electronic Engineering preferred
  • Advanced degree preferred (Master of Sci/Eng or PhD)
  • Willing to learn new things (preferred)
  • Strong curiosity to sustainability technology & innovative ideas (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Work with BGs and Ops team to understand sustainability needs for the future
  • Apply/Implement new and innovative ideas to support sustainability development
  • Manage Proof of Concept to test new tech/ideas and how they reduce CO2 emission and improve circularity
  • Manage business relationships with suppliers on sustainable material & process
  • Lead projects and promote sustainability to Logi sites
