Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in team management
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and internal control frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
  • Professional accounting certification (CPA or equivalent) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 8–10 professionals, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance standards
  • Oversee daily disbursement operations, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for cash disbursement processes, providing guidance on complex cases
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce cost per transaction
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with business and finance stakeholders to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Support hiring, training, and professional development to build a high-performing team
  • Represent the function in internal projects, management meetings, and external interactions as needed
