Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in team management
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and internal control frameworks
Demonstrated experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
Professional accounting certification (CPA or equivalent) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 8–10 professionals, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance standards
Oversee daily disbursement operations, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for cash disbursement processes, providing guidance on complex cases
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce cost per transaction
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, tax, and regulatory requirements
Partner with business and finance stakeholders to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Support hiring, training, and professional development to build a high-performing team
Represent the function in internal projects, management meetings, and external interactions as needed
