Requirements

The Director, US Compliance and Control should have strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to manage large complex projects and synthesize information into executive presentations. They must possess the ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances with a professional, solution-oriented mindset, a strong bias for collaboration, resourcefulness, and on-time execution, and sound judgment in problem analysis, distinguishing between relevant and irrelevant information. Responsibilities

The Director will manage the annual compliance program, including internal control evaluation, design, documentation, walkthroughs, sample-based testing, remediation, reporting, and process improvements. They will participate in various compliance projects, establish consistent audit practices, drive operational excellence, collaborate with finance and internal audit teams, identify key control issues and emerging risks, and implement efficiencies and automation using data analytics. The role involves coordinating testing cycles, completing detailed reviews of testing performed by the compliance team, interacting with personnel to develop remediation recommendations, and providing executive management with updates on the operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
