Requirements

12+ years of product experience and a track record of building solutions that create value
6+ years of management experience
Experience managing and implementing security programs, frameworks, or initiatives across an organization (preferred)
Experience in customer success, client performance management, or client operations (preferred)
Experience with enterprise tool sets including Salesforce and Monday.com (preferred)
Ability to gather input and familiarize yourself with a problem space to make well-informed decisions about strategy, priorities, and roadmap investments (preferred)
Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing business relationships and communicating effectively with senior management (preferred)
Ability to create and structure a product roadmap for internal tools, systems, and processes (preferred)
Ability to demonstrate empathy for users and have a keen ability to listen and understand (preferred)
Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to set and drive quantitative goals (preferred)
Ability to effectively lead a remote team (preferred)
Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and convincing communications (preferred)

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to understand operational challenges and opportunities; research industries; become a subject matter expert and trusted partner
Drive strategy: Create and champion a security strategy to improve scale; distill into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects; build and maintain a security roadmap; ensure alignment with business objectives; make prioritization decisions and cases for investments
Manage and execute: Manage a team of Product Managers to develop security functionality and compliance solutions; define metrics, measure results, make data-based decisions, and adjust plans; improve team execution and champion positive culture
Communicate: Regularly communicate with stakeholders, product leads, and executive leadership on strategy, efforts, and progress; lead regular Steering Committee meetings
Lead agile-based product teams and find business solutions for a complex organization
Own a security program roadmap and champion team efforts throughout the organization
