The Director, Technical Consulting Services will manage Workday data, integrations, Prism, Reporting, Extend, and AI initiatives across EMEA, linking into global practices and wider initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team of expert managers, setting strategic direction, and supporting sales activities like orals, estimations, and SOWs. Responsibilities include project oversight, assisting with RFP responses, leading and managing consultants, mentoring, coaching, analyzing team skills, and driving performance management processes.
