Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading teams across multiple geographies; experience as a leader of people leaders preferred
  • Authentic leader and coach; previous success upskilling and reinforcing key skills across a broad talent team preferred
  • Experience and facility working in a lean/continuous improvement culture, with a track record of utilizing proven methodologies (DBS / Kaizen tools) as a business practice
  • Experience leveraging data to glean insights and design strategies to meet recruiting demands
  • Sophisticated stakeholder management capabilities to include effective communication and driving collaborative work in a global matrixed environment
  • English fluency required. Additional language skills within DACH and Eastern Europe are extremely beneficial
  • Ability to travel – 5 - 10% domestic and international per business needs

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a recruiting strategy for assigned function/sub-region: Define and implement the TA strategy, including attraction strategies for recruiting, sourcing, and pipelining critical talent. Provide support for restructuring, growth projects and M&A activities
  • Serve as TA Business Partner to specified operating companies; consulting with business and HR leaders to understand the recruiting demand, gathering VOC, educating them on talent trends, and sharing key performance metrics and insights
  • Manage headcount and capacity across the TA team, partner with RPO to drive delivery on associated roles, and assign requisitions for direct reports
  • Lead operational rigor through mature utilization of DBS to drive team performance and process improvements
  • Organize communities of practice across functions to enable best practice sharing, leverage talent communities, and problem-solve
  • Enforce and consult on standard work, deploy and drive adoption of new technology
  • Apply available framework and tools to activate employer brand in region
  • Onboard new team members, coach and develop for current and future roles, complete people management tasks (P4G, D4G, compensation planning)
