Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complexity and synthesize information

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of a comprehensive end-to-end distribution strategy for North America logistics, focusing on four pillars: People, Process, Automation, and Technology
  • Oversee high-impact initiatives including the support of a technology distribution center, implementation of orthopedic digital applications, and end-to-end systems support
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Commercial, Supply Chain Leadership, IT, Quality, Customer Service, and Mooresville site leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery of strategic programs
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 6–8 professionals, fostering a culture of inclusion, continuous learning, and excellence
  • Drive outside-in thinking by leveraging external insights and internal benchmarking to shape the future state of orthopedic logistics and adopt global best practices
  • Identify and manage interdependencies across top initiatives, resolve conflicts, and proactively address stakeholder concerns to ensure program continuity and success
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end logistics operations, including technical support of a state-of-the-art distribution center, deployment of digital technologies, and operations of a value-added service center
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact
