Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complexity and synthesize information

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of a comprehensive end-to-end distribution strategy for North America logistics, focusing on four pillars: People, Process, Automation, and Technology
Oversee high-impact initiatives including the support of a technology distribution center, implementation of orthopedic digital applications, and end-to-end systems support
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Commercial, Supply Chain Leadership, IT, Quality, Customer Service, and Mooresville site leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery of strategic programs
Lead and develop a high-performing team of 6–8 professionals, fostering a culture of inclusion, continuous learning, and excellence
Drive outside-in thinking by leveraging external insights and internal benchmarking to shape the future state of orthopedic logistics and adopt global best practices
Identify and manage interdependencies across top initiatives, resolve conflicts, and proactively address stakeholder concerns to ensure program continuity and success
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end logistics operations, including technical support of a state-of-the-art distribution center, deployment of digital technologies, and operations of a value-added service center
Collaborate closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact
