Responsibilities

Define and develop the lifecycle and engagement strategy for the provider network, aligning with growth objectives and clinical excellence
Champion a culture of operational excellence, continuous learning, and innovation
Lead initiatives to optimize end-to-end experience for providers and clients, from onboarding to ongoing engagement and support
Collaborate on improving user-facing tools and resources
Design and implement scalable workflows and systems for efficient operations (credentialing, onboarding, billing, support, performance management)
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Growth, and other teams to translate provider and client needs into actionable strategies and product enhancements
Act as a strategic partner to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives across the organization
Utilize analytics to monitor business health, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions on network growth, quality, and retention
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in provider and client engagement within mental healthcare
Execute end-to-end strategic initiatives, including project management, stakeholder alignment, process implementation, and value tracking
