Responsibilities

  • Define and develop the lifecycle and engagement strategy for the provider network, aligning with growth objectives and clinical excellence
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence, continuous learning, and innovation
  • Lead initiatives to optimize end-to-end experience for providers and clients, from onboarding to ongoing engagement and support
  • Collaborate on improving user-facing tools and resources
  • Design and implement scalable workflows and systems for efficient operations (credentialing, onboarding, billing, support, performance management)
  • Partner closely with Product, Operations, Growth, and other teams to translate provider and client needs into actionable strategies and product enhancements
  • Act as a strategic partner to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives across the organization
  • Utilize analytics to monitor business health, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions on network growth, quality, and retention
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in provider and client engagement within mental healthcare
  • Execute end-to-end strategic initiatives, including project management, stakeholder alignment, process implementation, and value tracking
