Responsibilities

Define and align business cases and product requirements for GX Product Software in collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams
Lead end-to-end development of GX instrument software applications using Agile and Lean methodologies, ensuring release milestones are met with validated deliverables
Establish, document, and maintain SOPs, compliance processes, and execution models aligned with FDA, ISO, and IEC 62304 standards for regulated software development
Drive resource planning and capacity management by recruiting and retaining technical talent with proficiency in embedded systems, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
Implement engineering excellence frameworks using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools, ensuring measurable improvements in software quality and operational efficiency
Direct integration of GX Product Software features with internal and external systems including ERP (SAP/Oracle), LIMS, and ELN platforms to ensure interoperability and compliance
Oversee execution of data-driven product improvements by applying customer feedback, defect metrics, and performance analytics to software design and release cycles
