Responsibilities

The Director, Service Delivery will own a book of business representing $5,000,000 to $8,000,000+ in annualized recurring revenue (ARR), directly manage client relationships ensuring delivery quality and timeliness, oversee project plans and governance, organize regular client meetings, maintain contractual compliance and manage financials, hire and equip a team of employees reflecting core values, forecast and manage staffing levels, provide day-to-day guidance to the service delivery team, assist in product strategy rollout, drive efficiency through standard operating procedures and automation, coordinate business strategy with various internal teams, and assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed.
