Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting services within the West Division
  • Oversee daily transaction processing across cash application/receivables, direct bill, carrier payables, producer/broker payables, and invoicing through Applied EPIC
  • Ensure transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and efficiently, in accordance with SOX controls, GAAP, Service Level Agreements, and metrics
  • Support the integration of new Acrisure Partners into the accounting processes
  • Assist with year-end procedures
  • Act as a liaison between Acrisure Partners and auditors as required
  • Assist with gathering information required for timely and accurate 1099 filing
  • Partner with the Operational Excellence team to ensure accounting functions are executed with excellence and issues are resolved with sustainable solutions
  • Ensure open and transparent lines of communication with all key stakeholders, including Division stakeholders
