Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting services within the West Division
Oversee daily transaction processing across cash application/receivables, direct bill, carrier payables, producer/broker payables, and invoicing through Applied EPIC
Ensure transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and efficiently, in accordance with SOX controls, GAAP, Service Level Agreements, and metrics
Support the integration of new Acrisure Partners into the accounting processes
Assist with year-end procedures
Act as a liaison between Acrisure Partners and auditors as required
Assist with gathering information required for timely and accurate 1099 filing
Partner with the Operational Excellence team to ensure accounting functions are executed with excellence and issues are resolved with sustainable solutions
Ensure open and transparent lines of communication with all key stakeholders, including Division stakeholders
