Responsibilities

Formulate regional annual expansion business strategies aligned with the company's overall strategy, develop business plans and targets for each stage, and monitor and follow up on progress
Fully understand the market potential for products in the designated therapeutic area within the region
Plan and implement product line strategies, including product portfolio strategies within the product line
Build, manage, and maintain a high-performing, professional, compliant, cohesive, and stable team of business managers
Communicate and manage key customers
Collect and analyze internal and external information to conduct competitive strategies and brand development strategies research for the product line
Implement and supervise marketing plans and market strategy execution, while checking and promoting business progress
Promote strategic cross-departmental collaborations
Adhere to national, industry, and company regulations, uphold high standards of business ethics, and ensure the team's compliance, academic rigor, and professionalism
Master the expansion potential of the region and take responsibility for achieving business goals in the region; formulate corresponding business expansion strategies based on the region's actual conditions and policy status, and ensure their execution and completion
