Director Quality

The Director of Quality will lead Pendulum's end-to-end quality function, focusing on the quality of the supply chain. This includes owning supplier qualification, quality agreements, and external manufacturing oversight to ensure right-first-time material quality and seamless transfer of methods and processes to CMOs and contract labs. The role involves supporting a scalable supplier quality management system, building supplier quality metrics, and maintaining compliance and certifications. The Director will partner with Supply Chain, Process Development, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to deliver pipeline and business initiatives. Key duties include developing, negotiating, and owning quality agreements with key contract manufacturing and supply partners, ensuring seamless handoffs of product quality and data across multiple parties in the supply chain, and establishing supplier quality metrics, governance routines, and audit cadence to maintain alignment and accountability. Additionally, the role involves redesigning Pendulum's QC model to shorten release lead times.
