Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience (Basic)
  • At least 4 Years of Project Management experience (Basic)
  • At least 2 Years of People Management experience (Basic)
  • Masters / MBA degree (Preferred)
  • At least 6 years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
  • At least 4 years of People Management experience (Preferred)
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
  • Experience as a leader-of-leaders, capable of managing a high-performing team with a diverse portfolio of work
  • Exceptional structured problem solving skills; comfortable with process engineering, designing KPIs, closed-loop accountability mechanisms (e.g., service process design in human or technical services)
  • Clear results orientation: intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals
  • Strategic influencing skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative; the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Comfort in ambiguity with a tenacious drive toward critical decisions
  • Incredibly well-managed and focus on driving innovation in process and execution across portfolio
  • Ability to hold VP+ stakeholders and partner teams accountable to commitments

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams focused on strategic project and portfolio management, ensuring prioritization based on highest leverage (including engineering capacity)
  • Oversee eHR strategic operating model, including annual strategic and financial planning, scorecarding, MBRs, QBRs, leadership forums (e.g., onsites), and financial management (in partnership with Finance)
  • Partner with LOB HR to strengthen interaction model and increase collaboration / velocity on two-way feedback loops
  • Partner with HR and Corporate Communications on information architecture, knowledge management, and communications, including newsletters, townhalls, and leadership forums
  • Manage holistic customer success and product marketing across HR product portfolio
  • Serve as primary liaison and escalation point for partnerships across broader enterprise
  • Perform additional chief of staff duties as needed
