Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational lead and strategic advisor to the VP of Brand & Creative, with full visibility into all projects, priorities, and performance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team to drive customer satisfaction, continuous growth, productivity, and streamlined project execution
  • Oversee project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure projects are executed effectively, efficiently, and within scope
  • Own and implement systems for tracking project progress, forecasting, and reporting to ensure transparency and stakeholder confidence
  • Collaborate with other Company leaders on project management standards, processes, and operations to build a high-performing organization
  • Serve as a point of escalation and provide actionable plans for project delays, challenges, and competing priorities
  • Manage full project lifecycle including project follow-up and integration of feedback to optimize quality of work, team, and customer satisfaction
  • Help define strategic priorities and initiatives and develop actionable plans to achieve them
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards goals, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and coordination to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
  • Act as ambassador of change management, mitigating risk while managing organizational changes and developing adoption strategies
  • Enhance employee engagement by seeking and implementing feedback on day-to-day activities and executing engagement strategies
  • Implement innovative and scalable solutions for project management and delivery, resource management and allocation, digital asset management, and performance tracking to drive operational excellence and automation
  • Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for key roles in the Brand & Creative organization
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of platforms, tools, and software for Project Management and Creative; review for optimization and provide training resources
  • Manage the auditing of resources and SOPs to provide up-to-date information and workflows
  • Assess and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across business functions; provide cross-departmental support and training
