Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director of Professional Services will lead the UK Professional Services team, developing and executing strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, both internally and through regional delivery partners. They will foster meaningful relationships with key customers, oversee the successful implementation of SaaS solutions, ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope/budget, and serve as the primary point of contact for all professional services inquiries in the UK. The role involves managing efficient design and delivery of deployment methodologies, adjusting professional services strategies based on regional nuances, and owning KPIs for the EMEA book of business in Professional Services, including team utilization, delivery margin, and customer satisfaction.
