Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Professional Services leadership roles, with a demonstrated track record of growing a business, developing strategy, and meeting delivery milestones, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals. Experience delivering software solutions for enterprise customers, strong project management skills, excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, familiarity with the UK market and its regulatory landscape, and financial ownership of SaaS professional services outcomes are required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Professional Services will lead the UK Professional Services team, developing and executing strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, both internally and through regional delivery partners. They will foster meaningful relationships with key customers, oversee the successful implementation of SaaS solutions, ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope/budget, and serve as the primary point of contact for all professional services inquiries in the UK. The role involves managing efficient design and delivery of deployment methodologies, adjusting professional services strategies based on regional nuances, and owning KPIs for the EMEA book of business in Professional Services, including team utilization, delivery margin, and customer satisfaction.
