Candidates must have leadership experience implementing Identity Access or Identity Governance solutions integrating with critical applications and infrastructure, along with strong working experience in IAM Domain involving a minimum of three end-to-end IAM project deliveries. They should possess 3-5 years of consulting management experience leading people to support customer satisfaction and understanding key consulting business metrics, and demonstrated success in building and scaling Professional Services functions. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and practices, strong working experience on microservices, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
As Director, you will drive leadership, vision, and strategic growth for the Identity Security Community, focusing on delivering high-quality, profitable service engagements that foster trusted advisor relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include understanding the business context and leading the solution design, responsible for technology choices and decisions, promoting architectural and development best practices, ensuring projects are designed within approved architectural standards, leading design reviews, implementing best design principles, providing technical leadership in all aspects of the SDLC, facilitating the development process and operations, identifying setbacks and shortcomings, defining and enforcing architecture standards and guidelines, guiding the implementation team, contributing towards practice development tasks related to Trainings and SOW validation, and performing cost benefit analysis of assigned projects.
