Requirements

  • Experience leading product vision, strategy, and development for technology platforms in supply chain or transportation
  • Expertise in International First Mile, Global Trade and Tariff Management, booking management, end-to-end visibility, and flow path optimization
  • Ability to ensure compliance with global trade regulations, improve transit time accuracy, and balance speed, cost, and sustainability in logistics
  • Strong partnership skills with business partners (e.g., Global Supply Chain and Logistics, Finance, Technology teams) to align priorities and integrate data
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and mentor a team of product owners
  • Capability to foster a team culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency
  • Skills in providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback to elevate team performance
  • Experience working with senior leadership to negotiate and remove execution barriers
  • Proficiency in driving product discovery to validate hypotheses and concepts with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and development of technology platforms for International First Mile and Global Trade Applications
  • Oversee a portfolio of applications supporting transportation execution, including booking management, Global Trade and Tariff Management, visibility, and optimization
  • Build and scale digital capabilities for global supply chain inventory movement from international origins to the US
  • Partner with GSCL business partners, Finance, and Technology teams to align priorities, integrate data, and deliver user-focused products
  • Drive transformational improvements in supply chain visibility, accuracy, efficiency, and cost optimization
  • Support diverse users including suppliers, carriers, and internal teams using third-party and custom applications
  • Build, coach, and mentor a strong team of product owners
  • Elevate team performance through feedback and collaboration with senior leadership to remove barriers
  • Drive product discovery with key stakeholders to validate hypotheses and concepts
