Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define and install product standards and practices to make the product community great as the business and customer landscape evolves

  • Lead the strategy for defining the approach for enabling and cultivating bank product leaders for the future
  • Engage and influence enterprise-wide programming on behalf of Retail Bank Product
  • Relentlessly align resources and capacity against the Retail Bank's top priorities
  • Sharply improve the cross-functional operating model to accelerate delivery
  • Steadily fuel product excellence with actionable and scalable tools and standards
