Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2–3 years leading and scaling design teams in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Deep hands-on experience designing for complex, data-rich workflows
  • Proven ability to balance leadership and individual contribution, especially in a growth-stage company
  • Expertise in Figma, design systems, and modern design operations
  • Strong collaboration skills. Able to influence and align with senior Product, Engineering, and Data leaders
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; you can connect design craft to business and customer outcomes
  • Passion for mentoring and developing talent, and for building an inclusive, high-performing design culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the design team, coaching, mentoring, and hiring exceptional product designers
  • Shape the design strategy and vision for Enable’s suite of B2B products, ensuring cohesive, intuitive user experiences
  • Be hands-on in high-impact design initiatives particularly around data-heavy workflows in rebates, pricing, and analytics
  • Evolve and govern Enable’s design system, maintaining visual and interaction consistency across multiple product surfaces
  • Champion user-centered design practices and embed them into discovery, experimentation, and delivery processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to drive alignment on priorities and design outcomes
  • Raise the bar on design quality, setting measurable standards for usability, accessibility, and delight
  • Influence product direction through strong design storytelling and evidence-based insights from user research
  • Advocate for the design function across the organization helping shape how Enable designs for customer value, not just feature delivery
