Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of wholesale or B2B sales experience in fashion/apparel, with a track record of launching or scaling wholesale programs
  • Strong relationships across relevant department stores, boutiques, and specialty retailers
  • Proven success managing revenue goals, retail planning, and account growth
  • Deep understanding of merchandising, line planning, and sell-through optimization

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Jack Archer’s wholesale growth strategy across department stores, specialty retailers, and international partners
  • Identify, pitch, and secure wholesale accounts that align with the brand’s positioning. Cultivate long-term, high-value relationships
  • Partner with merchandising and product teams to develop seasonal assortments tailored to wholesale partners while protecting DTC priorities
  • Own and exceed wholesale revenue targets. Manage forecasting, order flow, margin optimization, and profitability
  • Oversee the wholesale calendar including market appointments, tradeshows, showrooms, and sell-in tools
  • Partner closely with planning, operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution and inventory alignment
  • Uphold brand equity and consistency across all third-party retail environments
