Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven record of defining and launching impactful digital products or platforms
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to work directly with engineering and data teams
  • Demonstrated success in environments of growth and change — especially in scaling or operationally complex organizations
  • Deep understanding of enterprise productivity, business systems, or digital workflow platforms
  • Track record of creating clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, balancing quick wins with long-term vision

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology leadership to define clear product visions and multi-year roadmaps across areas such as internal user productivity (collaboration, workflow, automation), commercial and customer systems (CRM, quoting, deal flow), and business platforms and data-driven tools for operations
  • Establish measurable outcomes that link product investments to business impact, user experience, and company scalability
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps, guiding prioritization across competing needs
  • Work hands-on with engineering, data, and solutions teams to deliver products that simplify work and drive measurable efficiency
  • Bring discipline to discovery, design, and iteration — ensuring that every product shipped delivers tangible value and adoption
  • Build frameworks for product lifecycle management, decision-making, and feedback loops with business users
  • Serve as the connective tissue between technology and business functions — translating opportunity into execution
  • Champion modern product management practices within the technology team
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a small team of Product Managers and UX partners as the function grows
  • Model clarity, accountability, and user-centered design thinking across all initiatives
  • Collaborate with leaders in Commercial, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and People to align product strategy with organizational goals
  • Partner with the CIO, CTO, and Data leadership to ensure product direction is tightly integrated with architecture, data, and platform strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring priorities are transparent and execution is reliable
