Requirements

A Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CIH, CHMM, or similar credential is required, along with proven leadership and communication skills to influence at all levels. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, comfort in fast-paced, field-based environments, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, a valid driver's license with 25-40% travel capability, and the ability to climb wind towers and work outdoors are essential.

Responsibilities

The Director of Quality, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability will lead and enhance corporate quality and safety programs across all business units, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as OSHA. This role involves overseeing safety audits, inspections, reporting, and corrective action tracking, while driving continuous improvement in training, operations, and risk mitigation practices.
