The ideal candidate is a board-certified psychiatrist licensed in, or eligible for expedited licensure through an IMLC member state.
The Director of Psychiatry will develop and implement strategies to enhance care quality and operational efficiency, layering additional Mantra services and products over time. They will work closely with clinical managers, including workflow and care practice optimization and design, support and mentor psychiatrists and Psych NPs, fostering a collaborative and accountable clinical team environment, while also recruiting and attracting top-tier NPs and MDs to strengthen the team and ensure high-quality patient care. The Director will serve as the supervisory psychiatrist for Mantra’s collaborative practice agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align evidence-based clinical practices with organizational goals. They will also serve as a thought leader and key representative of the organization in external affairs, driving strategic engagement with current and prospective clients, partners, and external stakeholders to promote the organization's psychiatric services and expertise.
