Responsibilities

  • Be a leader and a driver for product experiences across a large and growing customer network
  • Be responsible and accountable for customer discovery, product strategy and execution, and successful outcomes
  • Operate as a hands-on combat leader: call your customers, analyze your data, clarify your intent, set your goals, plan your execution, and be responsible for your outcome
  • Lead and coach a very small and nimble team of product managers (3-5)
