Requirements

  • Strong experience with enterprise platform products, especially identity, security, governance, or infrastructure
  • Background owning IAM features such as SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, audit logging, or access controls
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across security, infra, platform, and GTM
  • Technically strong — comfortable diving into architecture, APIs, infra considerations, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to build credibility with IT/security leaders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable systems, not just features
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments and can operate 0→1 and 1→100 simultaneously
  • (Nice to Haves) Experience at companies known for enterprise-grade security and identity

Responsibilities

  • Own the admin experience end to end: org onboarding, analytics, workspace/matter controls, permissions, audit, and governance
  • Lead product for Identity & Access Management: SSO, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, JIT provisioning, group sync, role hierarchies
  • Define Harvey’s enterprise security and compliance roadmap: data boundaries, encryption, audit logs, retention, DLP, access transparency
  • Partner with infra and platform teams to ensure reliability, SLAs, observability, multi-region support, disaster recovery, and data residency
  • Shape the architecture for multi-tenant, multi-workspace enterprise deployments
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Forward Deployed teams to unblock adoption at top law firms and Fortune 100 enterprises
  • Build and refine enterprise rollout playbooks for scaling Harvey across global organizations
  • Engage directly with CIO, CISO, IT, and InfoSec leaders to earn trust and translate requirements into a roadmap
