Responsibilities

Own and drive the product design vision, strategy, and execution across Healthie’s platform
Serve as a player-coach: balancing strategic leadership with hands-on design execution
Lead and grow a team of talented product designers, fostering personal and professional growth
Implement and refine a modern design process that incorporates discovery, iteration, and delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to define and prioritize initiatives
Maintain and evolve Healthie’s design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with engineering best practices
Champion a design-led culture across the organization, embedding design best practices into the product development process
Influence Healthie’s product direction in partnership with Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market teams
Deliver scalable, accessible, and user-centric experiences for healthcare providers and patients
