Requirements

10+ years of progressive facilities and real estate management experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing an international, multi-site corporate portfolio
5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing, geographically distributed facilities teams
Deep expertise in global corporate real estate strategies, lease administration, site selection, and construction/project management for office fit-outs
Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar OpEx and CapEx budgets, delivering cost efficiencies without compromising quality or safety
Expert knowledge of facility systems, safety protocols, and physical security standards (e.g., OSHA, local regulatory compliance)
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic workplace trends into actionable insights for executive leadership and long-term planning
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional partnership skills across Finance, Legal, People/HR, and IT

Responsibilities

Own the rigor, quality, and timeliness of all day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and service contracts across the global portfolio
Develop, implement, and maintain consistent operational procedures and high-quality physical standards across all offices to ensure a unified global employee experience
Select, negotiate, and rigorously manage all critical third-party vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance, food services) to ensure performance meets established SLAs and budget targets
Lead the corporate real estate strategy, partnering with Finance and Legal on lease administration
