Responsibilities

  • Ensure technical performance and quality of the Area's game components
  • Develop a tech strategy defining how technology achieves Game Systems & Monetisation goals
  • Equip Game Systems & Monetisation tech teams with right tools, skills, and processes
  • Collaborate to drive innovation and bring new business opportunities through technology
  • Lead, mentor, and support growth of technical specialists in cross-functional teams
  • Embed Soda Tech best practices and promote software industry standards in development processes
  • Empower team to take technical decisions, prioritize needs, and set goals
  • Build, maintain, and nurture relationships between product areas, especially engineering
  • Engage stakeholders to define and align on the Area’s technical roadmap
  • Work with product area counterparts, central tech team, and platform teams for cohesion, compliance, and alignment
  • Own employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, recognition, and talent retention
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and technology through innovation and collaboration
  • Provide technical leadership in the Game Systems & Monetisation area
  • Develop and execute technical strategy and roadmap with stakeholders
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing engineering team
