  • Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing, sales, or strategy leadership experience in the diagnostics or medical device sector
  • At least 5 years in senior marketing leadership roles, with experience managing multicultural teams across geographies
  • Strong track record of delivering demand generation and market growth across multiple regions
  • Experience with building and managing technology brands in competitive diagnostic markets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a matrixed, multinational organization
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and collaborator management skills across different cultures and organizational levels
  • Proficient in English; additional European language is an advantage
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30%

Responsibilities

  • Develop, drive, and implement the Europe & International marketing plan, identifying key opportunities across allergy and autoimmunity, ensuring execution aligned with local market needs
  • Lead and develop a world-class regional marketing team, encouraging clarity of roles and accountability
  • Provide strategic direction for marketing across the International region, working with local teams and distributors to drive revenue growth
  • Work together with Global Marketing to guarantee successful rollout of campaigns, events, collateral, and digital programs
  • Define priorities for clinical demand generation, ensuring local and regional support for execution
  • Uphold IDD brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency with global standards
  • Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Operations, and Regulatory teams to ensure successful market launches and commercialization
  • Monitor competitive landscape and customer needs to inform strategies and ensure differentiation
  • Influence business decisions and long-term strategy development as a member of both European and International commercial leadership teams
