Strategic and operationally focused leadership experience in enterprise IT infrastructure
Expertise in overseeing network operations, systems operations, and database administration

Strong skills in ensuring infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight for enterprise-wide delivery and support of infrastructure services including network, systems, and database operations
Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of infrastructure platforms through continuous monitoring, service request/incident management, and proactive maintenance
Oversee continuous improvement of operational processes and service delivery models by driving development and execution of runbooks, playbooks, and SOPs
Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive accountability and service excellence, leveraging data analytics and performance tools, including business cases for tooling investments
Provide strategic direction and leadership to senior managers and individual contributors across infrastructure domains
Set clear goals, offer coaching and mentorship, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through evaluation and feedback
Recommend staffing levels, allocate resources, and set priorities for the department
