  • Experience building and managing Kubernetes-based container orchestration platforms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD automation through Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub
  • Ability to manage multi-million dollar infrastructure budgets and strategic partnerships
  • Skills in presenting vision, strategies, roadmaps, and progress to Senior and Executive Leadership

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the technical vision for the cloud infrastructure platform serving Retail, Digital, Logistics, Planning, Product, Manufacturing, and Marketing
  • Translate business strategies and objectives into strategic technical direction and delivery plans
  • Lead and grow two specialized engineering teams: Cloud Network Engineering and Cloud Compute Governance
  • Drive transformation from on-premises to cloud-native infrastructure using AWS VPC and Azure networking
  • Establish cloud compute governance frameworks and policies
  • Implement automation strategies focused on toil reduction and elimination of manual processes
  • Create self-service platforms and automation capabilities through Platform Engineering and DevOps practices
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, and continuous improvement
  • Architect and deliver lifecycle management solutions for cloud network layers with focus on AWS VPC design and Azure networking
  • Design and implement cloud compute governance policies and automation for resource utilization, cost management, and compliance
  • Build multi-cloud control plane architectures using IaC tools
  • Build and manage Kubernetes-based platforms for scalable application delivery
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Product Management, and Corporate Security on platform capabilities and security frameworks
  • Manage CI/CD automation through Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub
  • Identify technology trends and articulate strategic recommendations
  • Ensure delivery of roadmap items through cross-functional problem-solving
  • Collaborate extensively with cloud infrastructure consumers across the organization
