The Director of Information Technology will lead, mentor, and grow a small IT team, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration. They will oversee and ensure the reliability and security of user-facing systems and internal infrastructure, including cloud environments and enterprise applications. The Director will drive the implementation of automation strategies to streamline IT operations and manage IT projects from inception to delivery, aligning IT goals with business objectives. They will maintain data and systems integrity, confidentiality, and security, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices, and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
