As the Director, Growth Governance & Incentives, you will provide strategic direction over incentive compensation philosophy, define Bookings policies, develop annual compensation structures aligned to business strategy, work with Finance and Legal to implement compensation programs, partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define a total compensation strategy, drive innovation in incentive structures, manage change management initiatives, lead integration and automation efforts, analyze compensation program effectiveness, establish performance metrics, conduct market analyses, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and conduct regular assessments of compensation plans to ensure competitiveness.
