Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with national grocery chains
  • Strong interpersonal and buyer relationship building skills
  • Strong knowledge of CPG sales process
  • Experience with Kroger and Albertsons (Regional grocery experience is a plus)
  • Strong and engaging presentation skills
  • Ability to move fast and drive results
  • Strong financial literacy

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction on the sales and profitability of Nutrabolt’s National Key Account base
  • Drive new business development and brand expansion through existing FMDC customer base
  • Effectively review and manage the implementation of trade spend
  • Deliver volume (AOP) and market share growth, in addition to meeting/exceeding other KPI targets (ACV, Trade/Promo efficiency)
  • Cultivate and manage buyer (and above) relationships
  • Manage financial budget for promotional schedules across all pertinent channels of business
  • Build custom sales pitch decks for channel & customer-relevant Nutrabolt products and present on chain calls at customer HQs all over the US to gain new business
  • Set and attend meetings as new business opportunities present themselves
  • Manage & report promotional schedules for each customer
  • Manage P&L for slotting and other business-related expenses
  • Adhere to performance to revenue targets and assigned budgets
