Responsibilities

  • Manage educational programs for the ADC R&D Digital team
  • Lead the ADC technical education program, partnering with R&D leadership to identify needs and develop a comprehensive long-term education plan for all Digital team members
  • Develop clear mission, vision, and strategies for the technical education program, ensuring alignment with long-term divisional needs
  • Work closely with Commercial and other functional training teams to leverage existing programs/tools, share best practices, and assure cohesive training approaches across ADC
  • Implement programs within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Develop scheduled communications to internal audiences and manage team meetings to ensure management and companywide awareness/buy-in
  • Proactively suggest and recommend new ideas and creative engagement methods
  • Manage changing scenarios due to onsite needs and requirements
  • Provide training expertise for quality training and skill programs meeting organization/division needs
  • Work with departments (HR, OEC, C&P, etc.) to ensure compliance and documentation of policies
