Responsibilities

  • Leverage understanding of business priorities to implement Global Health Equity plans driving healthcare worker reach, patient impact, reputational outcomes, and external environment shaping
  • Act as convener and broker for social innovation and health impact through new alliances and partnerships
  • Pioneer development of a dynamic strategy and roadmap for the Americas region and team goals, in collaboration with NA and Latam governance and aligned with global strategy
  • Build trust in the strategy and improve the reputation of Global Health Equity in the region with talent
  • Translate regional goals into tangible Global Health Equity strategies and activities supporting business growth and reputation
  • Provide strategic counsel to commercial leadership, influencing decisions, supporting growth, enhancing trust, and advancing thought leadership
  • Manage issues related to Global Health Equity investments and programs
  • Manage and coordinate the annual Global Health Equity budgeting process and multiyear forward planning
  • Oversee portfolio delivery and implementation with a strong drive for focus
