Responsibilities

Leverage understanding of business priorities to implement Global Health Equity plans driving healthcare worker reach, patient impact, reputational outcomes, and external environment shaping
Act as convener and broker for social innovation and health impact through new alliances and partnerships
Pioneer development of a dynamic strategy and roadmap for the Americas region and team goals, in collaboration with NA and Latam governance and aligned with global strategy
Build trust in the strategy and improve the reputation of Global Health Equity in the region with talent
Translate regional goals into tangible Global Health Equity strategies and activities supporting business growth and reputation
Provide strategic counsel to commercial leadership, influencing decisions, supporting growth, enhancing trust, and advancing thought leadership
Manage issues related to Global Health Equity investments and programs
Manage and coordinate the annual Global Health Equity budgeting process and multiyear forward planning
Oversee portfolio delivery and implementation with a strong drive for focus
