Responsibilities

Build and run Workato’s global community programs: launch and scale hundreds of local developer user groups, a world-class MVP/Champions program, and university & student outreach initiatives
Hire and lead a community operations team; design and maintain the supporting portals, tooling, and analytics that power self-service growth
Recruit, onboard, and mentor community leaders and champions, providing resources, recognition, and incentives to sustain long-term engagement
Launch ambassador and champions programs; recognise and reward top contributors
Design and execute community strategy across Discord, GitHub, Reddit, X/Twitter, and in-person meetups
Moderate online forums, surface insights, and route feedback to Product & Engineering
