Requirements

Expertise in financial modeling using Juniper Square software and Excel for transaction-related operations
Strong knowledge of complex financial modeling, LPA interpretation, and capital event transactions (e.g., waterfalls, distributions, capital calls)
Leadership experience in staffing, hiring, training, and managing teams
Ability to conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure team satisfaction
Experience partnering with enablement teams to enhance training processes
Capability to serve as escalation point for complex technical questions related to LPAs, waterfalls, and capital transactions
Hands-on experience with customer-facing work, including maintaining waterfall and capital call models in Excel and creating notices using software

Responsibilities

Staff and manage capacity for the Capital Events team, including forecasting hiring needs with leadership
Hire, train, and lead a team of financial modeling experts
Conduct formal performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to direct reports
Ensure team satisfaction via bi-annual surveys and execute improvement initiatives
Partner with enablement team to improve training on financial modeling, LPA interpretation, and capital events
Oversee service delivery, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables like capital call notices, distribution notices, and waterfall calculations
Act as primary escalation point for internal/external challenging situations and complex technical questions
Perform hands-on customer-facing work, including maintaining complex models and creating notices
Identify and execute initiatives to improve team efficiency, including collaborating with Product Team on automation
